Last Week in Watches: New Releases Ahead of Geneva Watch Days 2026

Vacheron Constantin miniaturises six rare crafts, Omega reshapes the Speedmaster 38 and URWERK counts towards a new millennium in a packed week of watch releases.

Speake Marin

Limited to just five pieces, the Tourbillon Royal Blue takes Speake Marin’s signature color within a 42mm 5N red-gold Piccadilly case. The watch has an openworked dial architecture with a royal blue PVD treatment, a flying tourbillon at 1:30 and the power reserve indicator at 7:30, while the rhodium-plated tungsten oscillating weight and barrel drum, at 5 and 10 o’clock respectively, create a subtle interplay between the cool and warm tones on the dial. The automatic caliber SMA05 provides a full 72 hours of autonomy.

Vacheron Constantin

Vacheron Constantin’s six Métiers d’Art Tribute to the Animal Kingdom concept watches adapt unexpected crafts to the wrist. The six masterpieces – Feathersnake, Glassoctopus, Oraygami, Tigerbroidery, Papercroc and Woodenwings – employ featherwork, glass sculpting, micro-origami, gold embroidery, paper sculpting and wood marquetry within 42mm cases crafted from 18K white or pink gold. The concept watches share the same self-winding calibre 2460 G4, which displays the hours, minutes, day and date through four apertures around the dial’s perimeter, leaving the centre unobstructed for the artwork. A hand-engraved 22K gold oscillating weight decorated with motifs inspired by artisans’ tools completes each watch.

Bell & Ross BR-X5 Meteorite

Bell & Ross gives the 41mm BR-X5 a dial cut from 4.5-billion-year-old Muonionalusta meteorite, whose naturally formed Widmanstätten pattern makes every example unique. The brand uses a solid slice secured directly by traditional dial feet, finished with a protective PVD coating, rhodium-plated indexes and skeletonized hands filled with white Super-LumiNova. A large date aperture at 3 o’clock is balanced by a power-reserve indicator at 9 o’clock. Housed in a 41mm steel case, the watch is powered by the COSC-certified automatic BR-CAL.323, delivering approximately 70 hours of power reserve. Omega

Omega Speedmaster 38 mm (©Revolution)

Omega brings the Speedmaster 38 closer to its Moonwatch siblings across seven totally revised references. Round subdials replace the previous oval counters and are accompanied by a broader dot-over-90 tachymeter bezel. Six retain the date-equipped Co-Axial Calibre 3330, while the black-dial alone receives the no-date Calibre 3332, giving it the cleanest and most overtly Moonwatch-like layout. All seven measure 38mm by 14.75mm and come on five-link Moonwatch-style bracelets with micro-adjustment.

A color-coded aperture indicates whether DST is active.
