Audemars Piguet
Audemars Piguet was established in 1875 by Jules Audemars and Edward Piguet. They developed their first Grande Complication pocket watch in 1899.
In 1972, the brand launched a watch that would forever change its fortunes: the Royal Oak, one of the most iconic watches ever designed. In 1993, the Royal Oak Offshore was launched, which also became a cult classic.
To celebrate 30 years of the Royal Oak, in 2002, Audemars Piguet launched the Royal Oak Concept. In 2019, the brand launched the CODE 11.59, which was a departure from the Royal Oak and yet hinted at it through an octagonal case middle.
