One of Revolution’s earliest appointments on Monday morning at SIHH has always been Audemars Piguet. First, we get a quick look at all of the year’s novelties on display at the booth and then CEO, François-Henry Bennahmias sits us all around the table in his designated office to tell us what’s what.

He told us, this year, about one really exciting announcement that’s under wraps still, but there’s plenty to be said as it is. For example, Audemars Piguet is about to take a plunge into e-commerce, very soon. They are also gearing up to sell manufacture certified pre-owned Audemars Piguet watches through this platform, soon after.
Mr. Bennahmias also took time to tell us about a few of this year’s key novelties, like the Royal Oak RD#2 Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin, which required the technical team to rethink movement construction. This process of rethinking even had the team divided and on the edge of fist fights.
