Paris Olympics 2024: The Omega House Is Now Open
As the Olympic Games unfold in Paris, Omega, the Official Timekeeper, unveils its exclusive Omega House. Nestled in the heart of the city at The Hôtel de Poulpry, Maison des Polytechniciens, just steps from the Musée d’Orsay, Omega House celebrates the brand’s pivotal role in the Olympic and Paralympic Games Paris 2024.
The inaugural celebration saw global ambassadors Cindy Crawford and her daughter Kaia Gerber explore the immersive spaces within. Notable guests included American sprinter and Omega ambassador Gabby Thomas, French rapper Rim’K, who had performed at the Opening Ceremony, and French actresses Karidja Touré and Kim Higelin.
Omega President and CEO Raynald Aeschlimann, addressing the gathering, expressed his excitement, stating, “This is a night we’ve certainly been waiting for. We’re so excited to have spectators back at the Olympic Games and to share the occasion with friends such as Cindy and Kaia. A lot of energy and passion has gone into making Omega House a wonderful place to be during Paris 2024.”
Cindy Crawford, Omega’s longest-serving ambassador since 1995, shared her sentiments, “Paris is a city I adore thanks to my career in fashion. To be returning here now, with my OMEGA family at the Olympic Games, is really a sentimental moment. I love that the House is right in the heart of this spectacular host city.”
Kaia Gerber, representing Omega since 2017, added, “Omega always does everything to the highest standard. You can see it when they time the events at the Olympic Games, and you can see it here in every detail of the House. I feel quite honoured to be here on Opening Night.”
Omega House, open until August 10th, highlights the brand’s 92-year history in timekeeping. Guests can enjoy sophisticated spaces during the day, with sports shown on big screens. By night, the location transforms for VIP events and themed evenings.
