The caseback features a new moon motif on the battery cover, referring to the lunar phase during a total solar eclipse. The watch is supplied with a white rubber strap, with sales made available only on the Spanish Swatch website and selected stores in Bilbao, Ibiza, Valencia and Swatch’s Rolling Planet activation in León.

The HCC006J1 retains the same typeface and recessed 24-hour display, but reinterprets the design through a deep black urushi lacquer dial, gold-coloured numerals and hands, and a gold-coloured stainless steel case. Both watches measure 39.6mm across, feature dual-curved sapphire crystals and are powered by the automatic caliber 6R5H, offering approximately 72 hours of power reserve.

Watch Ho & Co(mmunity) × Selten Yum Cha
Created for the third anniversary of Watch Ho & Co(mmunity), the Selten Yum Cha draws on the founder Jackie Ho’s childhood in Hong Kong and his mornings spent at dim sum restaurants with his family. Its key visual is the bamboo steamer, carefully translated into an engraved and enameled dial produced by Selten’s in-house artisan, Master Qin. The dial, requiring approximately 16.5 hours of work in total with low tolerances, is finished with a fumé surface that goes from honey-gold at its center to smoky amber around the edges. It’s housed in a 38mm stainless steel case with a sapphire crystal, and a solid caseback carrying an illustration of a dim sum meal viewed from a child’s seat, complete with a table-number stand that can be personalized. Each watch is also presented in its own bamboo steamer, containing three bamboo coasters and a dim sum order card serving as its warranty.
