Bamford GMT Launches at Selfridges!

You lot know the drill: whenever a brand hooks up with a store, it means a limited edition which is gone so quickly that Usain Bolt would be challenged to get one. With Bamford London issuing incredibly cool – and affordable – watches in addition to its collaborations with the likes of Zenith, there could be fights over this one.

Bamford is launching its first-ever GMT, a tasty all-black model on a bracelet with yellow details and an automatic movement, at its first ever pop-up shop, happening at Selfridges Flagship London Store at 400 Oxford St, Marylebone, London W1A 1AB on Wednesday, 21st November 2018. This is only the second Bamford watch, and judging by the way the Mayfair, its first, time-only model, disappeared, the GMT’s £1,100 price tag will hardly prove to be a deterrent.

As the festive season is now in full swing, Selfridges will be jam-packed, so one can only imagine the crowds eager to partake of the unique opportunity to explore Bamford London’s other items, including the Bamford Watch Department’s customised luxury timepieces and products from the Bamford Grooming Department, all under one roof. Located on the 2nd floor in the Men’s Department, the Bamford pop-up store will remain open until January 2019 and online at BamfordLondon.com.

STOP PRESS: We have just learned what choices the standard models will be available, should you miss out on the black-and-yellow version exclusively for the pop-up store at Selfridges. To follow are an all-steel model with black dial and blue details, and two all-black models on rubber or leather straps, with alternate colours for the dials.
