Time to Drive Brings Watchmaking and Motoring to Miami
No one really needs the relationship between watches and cars explained. More often than not, someone who spends an entire afternoon discussing the architecture of a mechanical caliber will probably have plenty to say about why they prefer the sound of a V8 engine to a V6. The watch industry has also leaned into this overlap for a very long time – with Chopard’s 1000 Miglia collection, the Jacob & Co. Bugattis, and Rolex’s Cosmograph Daytonas among the clearest examples. The Time to Drive Festival gives this shared mechanical fixation a three-day celebration of its own.

Time to Drive’s Collectors Club space, which will host 38 watch brands and independent makers, complete with panel discussions and live podcasts running alongside the exhibitions
Presented by 0260, the inaugural Time to Drive Car & Watch Festival will take place in Miami from November 6 to 8 2026. The event was co-founded by entrepreneur, music producer and collector Lex Borrero alongside cultural strategist and watch media personality Perri Dash.
The weekend begins on November 6 with the Driver’s Seat program, a separately ticketed track day at The Concours Club. The program will chart four decades of automotive performance, beginning with the analogue machines of the 1970s and running all the way through to the 2000s. The main festival follows at the Mana Wynwood Convention Center on November 7 and 8, with an expected attendance of more than 4,000 visitors each day.
On the horological side of things, the festival centers on the Collectors Club, which will host 38 watch brands and independent makers, complete with panel discussions and live podcasts running alongside the exhibitions. The announced line-up includes the likes of Chopard, Grand Seiko, Zenith, Jacob & Co., Biver, MB&F, Greubel Forsey, Ulysse Nardin, Urwerk, Arnold & Son, Armin Strom and Renaud Tixier. The accompanying Luxury Exchange will then shift the focus towards vintage watches, collector accessories and all things secondary market.
The cars have some big names on the bill too. Icons of Stuttgart will explore the engineering legacies of Porsche and Mercedes-Benz, while the Festival of Champions draws inspiration from Le Mans, the 1000 Miglia, Goodwood and Monte Carlo. Among the vehicles on display are the Porsche Penske #7 Daytona-winning car, a trio of Ferraris comprising the 250 GTO, F40, and LaFerrari, a Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse, and the Porsche 964 Turbo seen in the Bad Boys film. There is also a heavily modified Maybach 57 from Jay-Z and Kanye West’s “Otis” music video.
Elsewhere, Canvas Chrome sees multidisciplinary artist Mark Delmont transform a vintage Mercedes-Benz into a one-off artwork. The Culinary Circuit program takes its cues from the countries that shaped automotive and watchmaking culture, while the 0260 ClubHaus provide the weekend’s dedicated hospitality space. Assouline is also expected to debut a forthcoming Porsche title, accompanied by a conversation with author A.J. Baime.
The festival will also feature appearances from vintage watch specialist Eric Wind, Armin Strom’s CEO Serge Michel, automotive personalities like Matt Farah and Spike Feresten, photographer Larry Chen, and Porsche Penske Racing driver Felipe Nasr. Its talks will range from independent watchmaking, microbrands and vintage collecting to motorsport photography, car auctions, and collector clubs.
