The Time to Watches Village

Time to Watches 2026 expands into a watchmaking “Village” at Villa Sarasin during Geneva Watch Week.

Time to Watches returns for its fifth year during Geneva Watch Week in April 2026, once again anchored at Villa Sarasin. Just a minute’s walk away from Palexpo, Time to Watches has firmly established itself as one of the week’s key rendezvous points, leaning further into what has always set it apart: independent watchmaking and real conversations, in a relaxed and comfortable setting.

This year’s event evolves into a watchmaking “Village,” unfolding across a network of spaces beyond the Villa. These include the Lodge, Annex, Cellar, Garden and Brand Pavilions, creating a more fluid, curated journey. It’s a larger footprint, but the intent is still focused on celebrating the independent community of today and tomorrow in an environment that feels open and unhurried.

With over 85 exhibiting brands, ranging from long-standing partners to first-time exhibitors, they share a belief in innovation over scale, authenticity over display and a human, approachable vision of luxury. The lineup includes Krayon, Dominique Renaud and Sartory Billard — names that speak to the independent end of high horology, from technical ambition to small-series watchmaking with an emphasis on artisanal detail. The show also gathers a quieter tier of maker-led brands that reward a closer look, from Laine and his meticulous dial craft to Beauregard, whose work leans into high-jewelry-inflected watchmaking.

Time to Watches continues to speak to the wider community of journalists, influencers, retailers and watch enthusiasts, promising not just launches, but moments that include informal yet insightful breakfasts, an opening night show, and encounters that feel spontaneous, inclusive and engaging.

Throughout the village, Brand Pavilions and creative activations help shape the flow of visit, while bars, food trucks, tastings and informal gathering spots are dedicated to convivial moments. At the center of it all is the Garden, the event’s social hub. Expect it to be vibrant, festive and open as a place to eat, meet and take in the atmosphere that Time to Watches has made its signature.

In 2025, Time to Watches welcomed 77 brands and more than 9,500 visitors, reinforcing its place at the heart of contemporary watch culture. As Founder and Director Christian Wipfli puts it, “Time to Watches keeps growing, but what resonates most is the emotion it carries. In 2026, our new spaces exist to let that emotion breathe. Beyond the setting, it is the moments we create together that truly matter.” Time to Watches is also extending its footprint stateside, with its U.S. edition taking place in Las Vegas in May.
