Audemars Piguet Introduces Two New Royal Oak Offshore Chronographs

Trendy, functional design and advanced materials enhance the aesthetic appeal of AP’s new Offshore Chronographs.

Within the Royal Oak Offshore universe, the automatic chronograph occupies a territory of its own: the art of measuring time in its most dynamic expression. For 2026, Audemars Piguet is introducing two new 43mm references that expand this line with interesting combinations of ceramic, titanium and carefully balanced color treatments, reaffirming the collection’s experimental vocation. These interpretations sit comfortably alongside their new-for-2026 42mm Diver siblings, which are also launching in a range of colors.

The first model is distinguished by a case made entirely of “Bleu Nuit, Nuage 50” ceramic, a well-known, AP-exclusive shade of blue, deep and saturated, which pays homage to the manufacture’s aesthetic heritage. Here, this color transcends its role as an accent to become the core of the watch’s style. The bezel, pushers and case middle feature a meticulous finish that alternates between satin and polished surfaces, demonstrating that contemporary ceramic can achieve the same level of finish as traditional metals. Selective titanium details introduce subtle contrast, emphasizing the overall geometry.

The Méga Tapisserie dial, in a shade that shifts between gray and very pale beige, provides a warm, elegant look while enhancing the overall legibility. It is a beautiful result. At the same time, the interchangeable textured calfskin strap, in dark blue, extends the case’s color scheme and reinforces an aesthetic that oscillates between the technical and the sophisticated.

The second reference takes a different approach. Its titanium case is combined with a black ceramic bezel, pushers and crown, creating an immediate contrast between structural lightness and visual presence. The smoked green PVD Méga Tapisserie dial, nuanced with black and beige elements, brings a sporty, alpine edge to the watch. The interchangeable grayish green rubber strap completes a configuration clearly focused on everyday use.

Both watches are powered by the Caliber 4401, Audemars Piguet’s integrated flyback chronograph movement introduced to the collection in 2021. This automatic movement is
distinguished by its integrated architecture, vertical clutch and column wheel — solutions that ensure precise, smooth chronograph operation. Its detailed decoration, including angled, satin-finished and grained components, adds to the functional substance of these chronographs.

The Offshore has always served as a platform for experimentation, and these two new, colorful chronographs expand its expressive possibilities while maintaining the collection’s celebrated position in contemporary watchmaking.
