A new chapter for FOCUS during Dubai Watch Week

Monaco Legend Group brings its most exclusive private sales exhibition to the UAE.

This November, Monaco Legend Group (MLG) will unveil the most significant private sales exhibition in its history, a special edition of FOCUS, presented alongside Dubai Watch Week 2025. Taking place from Tuesday 18 to Friday 21 November at the elegant Opera Gallery in DIFC, the event will offer collectors an unprecedented opportunity to acquire some of the most exceptional vintage and contemporary timepieces in the world.

While MLG has become a fixture in the global auction calendar, known for its vintage focused auctions and deeply curated selection of timepieces, the FOCUS Private Sales department has discreetly grown to become a key element of the company’s annual turnover. This Dubai exhibition marks the first time FOCUS steps into the UAE, and it does so in style, with a specially selected group of watches publicly available for viewing and acquisition on the spot in Dubai or online through our website, only during the Dubai Watch Week window.

“This is the most curated private sales presentation we’ve ever done,” says Davide Parmegiani, Chairman of Monaco Legend Group. “Dubai Watch Week has rapidly built its reputation as one of the most important watch events in the world and we want to be present to represent the vintage sector as well as the best of contemporary.”

The watches on show, which span incredible vintage rarities, neo-vintage icons, and standout contemporary pieces, are drawn from MLG’s private sales inventory, a collection that has never been publicly displayed before. Each piece has been chosen to reflect MLG’s philosophy: watches of the highest quality, rarity, and enduring value. And for the first time, a dedicated online section of the FOCUS platform will launch displaying a significant number of the watches from the exhibition, going live on Monday 17 November.

“We are very excited to be present during Dubai Watch Week! During my last visit in 2023 I shared with the MLG Board, my goal of being present for the next edition. This private sales exhibition is exactly what we aimed for,” explains Andrea Parmegiani, Head of Private Sales at MLG. “The watches we are bringing to Dubai are among the very best from our private inventory, many of which, due to their importance, have been kept privately stored and not publicly listed. Therefore, we are very excited to have the opportunity to offer them live in Dubai as well as online for the duration of the Dubai Watch Week.”

Open to the public and requiring no appointment, the exhibition will run from 11am to 9pm, Tuesday through Thursday, and until 3:30pm on Friday 21st. The full Monaco Legend Group team, including Davide Parmegiani, Claude Cohen, Corrado Mattarelli, Andrea Parmegiani, Carlotta Parmegiani, Edoardo Bolla and Cosimo Ardovini, will be present throughout the week to welcome clients, discuss the watches, and share knowledge about high-end vintage collecting, as well as give free valuations for consignments of the April 2026 auction in Monaco.

“Our main goal at Monaco Legend Group is to become the reference point for serious watch collectors,” says Davide. “Auctions are half of our DNA, private sales are the other half; they allow for deeper relationship, more focused conversations, and the ability to work directly with our most trusted clients. This week in Dubai is a perfect occasion to meet new clients and show what our private sales is really about.”

In 2019 Davide Parmegiani partnered with Claude Cohen for their first collaborative auction and since then the company has had incredible and rapid growth. Last year watch expert Corrado Mattarelli joined, as a partner and Deputy Chairman, bringing deep market knowledge and curatorial strength to the leadership team. MLG has transformed into a global force, with a string of landmark successes including the record-breaking Exclusive Timepieces auctions in Monaco and Lugano, offices in Monaco, Milan and Lugano and a team of world renowned experts.

But alongside the buzz of the auction room, FOCUS has grown into a powerful engine of private sales; a platform where collectors can buy discreetly, with confidence, and without compromise. The Dubai exhibition is a clear signal that FOCUS is stepping into its own spotlight.

For those attending Dubai Watch Week, Opera Gallery DIFC will be the place to experience FOCUS in its purest form: a tightly curated, in-person showcase of watches you won’t find listed anywhere else. And for those following and shopping from afar, the launch of the dedicated FOCUS page online will display then selection of what’s on offer.
