Share

Bal Harbour Shops, in Bal Harbour, Florida (USA), recently announced its inaugural “Collectors Weekend,” to take place in the Shops from November 3–6, 2016. The Collectors Weekend will showcase the finest mechanical watches (November 3 and 4) and luxury automobiles (November 5 and 6). The Shops will celebrate the collecting of watches and cars with a series of special events, presentations, in-store animations and much more.

Many limited edition and unique pieces will be presented, some for the first time in North America, and there will also be roundtable discussions, interesting displays in shop and throughout the center, Collector lunches and dinners, an opening night cocktail and much more.

In addition to the Watch Collectors portion of the weekend, the Bal Harbour Shops Collectors Car Weekend will be held in the parking lot of the Shops on Saturday and Sunday, November 5th and 6th, with many spectacular, collectible automobiles on display.

“As we launch our first luxury watch and car show, Bal Harbour Shops excitedly pairs the world’s most respected and iconic watch brands with an exhibition of some of the world’s most prized show cars and new, exotic automobiles,” says Matthew Whitman Lazenby, Operating Partner at Bal Harbour Shops, and President & Chief Executive Officer of Whitman Family Development. “With the collaboration of industry elite and other notables, guests will be immersed in the artistry and quality of craftsmanship that defines both the wristwatch industry and the automotive world, and the history that unites them both.”
