$ 1,110 Sold Out
Jacques Bianchi is a name steeped in dive watch history. The Marseille-based maker specialized in smartly designed tool-watches at a time when the sport of diving was being democratized and was more popular than ever.
This limited edition, the Jacques Bianchi × Revolution JB 200 "Méduse," takes for inspiration the JB200, a model initially released in 1982, but possessing a strength of design and utilitarian purpose that is essentially timeless. Of course, this special edition also bears the distinctive figure of a swimming scuba diver on its dial. First made famous in the vintage JB200, here the diver has been printed with luminous materials like the rest of the dial, except unlike the rest he glows blue — inspired by luminous blue jellyfish, or, as they are known in French, Méduse.Model: JB200 Movement: Seiko NH35 movement Functions Hours, minutes and small seconds Case: 42mm; steel; water resistant to 200m Dial: Matte Black Dial with Scuba diver icon in blue "Meduse" lume Strap: Black Tropic-type rubber strap The final price is net of VAT. Model features

Purpose Built
This watch has been made with practicality in mind. The tropic-style rubber strap is an icon, as is the rotating bezel with hash marks for every minute. Of course, the water resistance is fit for purpose, at a healthy 200 meters.

Glow Up
The clear dial of this JB200 is legible by night and by day. So too, is the plus-sized diver that dominates the space. The hands and hour makers glow with a green light, while the jaunty diver gives off a blue glow.

Destro Style
The blocky 42mm case of the Méduse has a pleasing geometry, with one significant twist — the crown is on the left. This 'Destro' style of design was originally intended to left-handers who want to keep the crown in the traditional position, but it's a stylish look that works well on any wrist.

Proven Power
Ticking away behind the swimming scuba diver on the dial is the ever-reliable Seiko NH35, an automatic movement with 41 hours of power reserve.
