Omega Seamaster 300m 2531.80.00

$ 5,040

  • Produced in 2003, this Omega Seamaster Professional 300M is an outstanding version of what, for many, is the definitive 'Bond' watch. When Pearce Brosnan stepped out as the dapper spy in 1995's GoldenEye, it was with a very similar watch on the wrist, and honestly, it's easy to see why. This reference was produced until around 2006, making this example a later production model. The 41mm steel case stands out thanks to the helium escape valve at 10 and those famous twisted lyre lugs. Look closer, and you'll also spot the finely printed wave pattern on the dial, and purists will surely appreciate the skeleton sword handset. The blue dial is matched with a blue elapsed time bezel, which has started to exhibit a very soft fade on the aluminium insert. The COSC-certified calibre 1120, working away behind the solid steel caseback is a quality performer, based on the ETA 2892-A2. Of course, the bracelet is as iconic as the dial and case, a comfortable five-link design with a mix of brushed and polished links that makes it suitable for any type of mission.
