GST Chrono Rattrapante IW371503

$ 7,500 Sold Out

  • Rattrapante chronographs, also known as split-seconds chronographs, are one of the most difficult complications to manufacture and therefore very rarely seen in watch circles. This chronograph with two seconds hands offers the ability to time multiple events simultaneously. Made between 2001 and 2004, the IWC GST Rattrapnate had a short production run but the example here is one of the most sought-after references within the family. The 43mm watch is quite sizeable but perfect for those looking for a casual sports watch with unique functions. The present example is a model from 2003. It has a titanium case and bracelet, so that makes sure that the watch isn’t too hefty for its size. This particular piece has undergone a thorough inspection of accuracy, functionality and condition at Watchfinder’s IWC certified service centre to determine the level of reconditioning required to meet their strict standards.
