Hamilton

Khaki Pilot Pioneer Mechanical

$ 890

  • Vintage military watch lovers, rejoice! Hamilton is reviving a classic Ministry of Defence commissioned timepiece with updated features. This watch was then known as the W10, a moniker for 'general army issue' according to standardised military specifications. The brand created this rugged wristwatch for the MoD from 1973 to 1976, designed to the ministry's requirements and outfitted on servicemen.

    The 'W10' has long been a cult favourite, particularly among aficionados of utility watches for its user-friendly features, from the plastic composite covering that could be easily polished, to the bright tritium lume and sword-style hands for precise time-setting. Now, Hamilton is reviving this watch as the Khaki Pilot Pioneer Mechanical, bringing back the timepiece in its exact original measurements while updating the watch to 21st century watchmaking standards.
