  • Certina was founded in 1888 by brother Alfred and Adolf Kurth. Following a number of name changes, in 1939 the name Certina was registered and became the company name. Certina went on to have huge success with professional watches, especially dive watches which were used during the US Navy’s Sealab II project. We are delighted to be ableto offer these incredible watches from the 1950s that remain in stunning condition and offer something a little different.
